I have about 40 chigger bites on me from hiking and they seem to be spreading how do i get relief? they're popping up on my feet and legs.

Polish them.: When I was a kid, living in the hills of Virginia, we treated the bite areas with a small dab of nail polish. It worked great then, so I can't imagine it wouldn't work now.
