Sebaceous cyst: Perhaps you're describing a sebaceous cyst (http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/sebaceous-cysts/basics/definition/con-20031599) or ingrown hair follicle. Go see your Family Doc for diagnosis & treatment.
