I had 23hrs long air travel.it was my first air travel.i had ache on upper side of left eye.my coughs have dry blood in it.should i be worried?

Don't worry: Your symptoms are most likely due to the changes in air pressure while you were flying. You may also be dehydrated which very commonly occurs with long flights. Drink lots of fluids (no caffeine or alcohol) and rest. Take Tylenol (acetaminophen) as needed for discomfort. If your symptoms have not improved in 2-3 days, see a doctor.
