Careful follow up: This sounds like a complex case. Methotrexate is given under careful circumstances and criteria. The BHCG levels should be followed closely on day 4 day 7 and then once per week looking for a 15% drop between day 4-7. It is important that this be done. Schedule follow up with the treating physician to go over the plan and results.
