There is not one be: There is not one better than the other. What you need to knwo if do you have a product that actually hs omega 3 in it. Some of these products do not and the FDA does not scrutinize the contents like it does drugs.certin products liek lovasa which is a drug and theromega do check there contents to see what the contents are. Until we have head to head trial we will not know aboout
