Negligible: If you can afford to dump it, you will be happier about not exposing Baby. Pumping again will stimulate more production of milk. For practical purposes, the amount of naproxen sodium expressed in breast milk would be very small after a single dose and the amount ingested in one feeding even smaller. =either way Baby will be fine.

Absolutely not!!: It is fine to take an Alleve or Motrin or Tylenol (acetaminophen) now and then and your baby will be just fine. By the time your body processes the medication and then a little tiny bit gets through in the breast milk to the baby, the amount is so miniscule as to make NO difference. Don't waste that great milk. The only things you needs to dump for are certain chemotherapy drugs and certain contrast meds
