Maybe foreign body!: A small foreign body can sometimes be picked up on physical exam by transillumination using a small bright flashlight. Very cool tool to use on physical exaM.

Achilles tendonopath: or a neuritis. does squeezing the tendon itself hurt? how would you characterize the pain? a nerve entrapment is a possibility as well.

Can I climb? I use NSAID for grade II sprained leg. The PC lab is upstairs and I am returning on Mon.. I don't feel so much pain lately. Will it hurt?
