Allergy: You probably should not be taking coffee. This reaction represents something like an allergy.

IBS-like: 31 yo female has bloating & gas from coffee. Many experience colon evacuation after morning coffee. Intestinal soft muscle spasms evoke evacuation & are associated with gas & sensations of bloating. Coffee induces mild spasms. Increasingly severe expressions of this dynamic manifest as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), with abdominal cramps and associated diarrhea and/or constipation.
