Bromide syrup: Promfed is not recommended for a 4 mos old infant, instead of saline nose drops you can try saline nasal gel which does not go to the throat fast enough to make him gag & vomit. Please don't use promfed even with a very small dose of 0.5 ml , it has a lot of side effects especially in young children. Good luck.
