No problem: He will be just fine. If he vomited so quickly with the first dose, no t much was absorbed.

Basic rule: If a kid barfs within 5-10 minutes of a dose, the full dose can be repeated when the kid settles. If > 10 but < 30 , a half dose is likely ok.Over 30 min i don't like to give another until the next dose is due.
