Yes and no: The laser will not remove acne in the form of lasering it off in one simple shot. Some lasers are able to reduce and control acne lesions but in general this is not the first thing to do. Topicals and medications are oftern initiated and the laser an addition later on. Some lasers like Q switched ones help exfoliate and my kill the bacteria causing the acne. Other lasers help exfoliate
