Iv had hormonal acne since i was 12 im now 27 been on ginette35 since i was 15 the dermatologist said once i have a baby my hormones will come correct. i think he should have referred me to an endocrinologist years ago. what else can i use?

Frustrating issue: Although some consider acne a teenage issue some by their genetic nature will deal with it into their 30's and beyond whatever their gender. Hormonal manipulation for treatment is a rather recent addition to treatment. The suggestion your may change after pregnancy is a guess.Find a dermatologist interested in adult acne & develop a personal treatment plan. I doubt any Endo would be interested.
