Stop menstruation : I will not tell how to stop menstruation but I have to say that you're too young to make this decision, you will most likely regret it, having a child is a great gift from God, what about your future husband? He might want to be a father. You need to realy think about this, talk to your 1ry care physician or gynecologist. Tell them why you made that decision & dicuss your options. Good luck .

Get an IUD: Most women with an IUD stop menstruating completely, although it might take up to a year. Certainly the most cost-effective way. There is no long-term effect on fertility, should you change your mind.
