Not usually: If it has been only one month since your last period, you cannot not tell if this is the start of menopause. Vaginal discharge lessens with menopause causing vaginal dryness.A thick whitish discharge.May indicate a vaginal infection like a yeast infection or an std. Get checked by your doctor. Menopause is defined as having no period for 1 year and is gradual. A blood test can confirm menopause.
