How to grow height after 3 years of menstruation? can you send me a plan on how to stay healthy?

Done growing and...: Unfortunately girls can no longer grow once their growth plates close, which happens 2-3 years after menstruation. I don't know how to send you a plan but staying healthy involves a healthy diet, judicious use of supplements, exercise, stress reduction such as meditation/yoga and most of all being happy, which may involve spirituality, doing fulfilling work and connections with friends and family.
