Right Vent Hypertrop: There are many cuases for right ventricular hypertrophy. I recommend you to get an echo in order to confirm the diagnosis. Ekg criteria for right ventricular hypertrophy has good specificity but sensitivity is not that good. Hence you need to get an echo to confirm the diagnosis.
