One ecg (out of 5) showed long qt intervals. does this mean i have lqt syndrome? r/o hypocalcemia.

No.: Lots of reasons to have "long appearing qt" interval. Probably most common is inaccuracy of the machine in measuring the qt. Please have this verified by a human. If verified, start looking at your meds. Medications are a common cause of real qt prolongation. If not meds, consider referral to cardiology to eval for lqt syndrome.
