No.: Lots of reasons to have "long appearing qt" interval. Probably most common is inaccuracy of the machine in measuring the qt. Please have this verified by a human. If verified, start looking at your meds. Medications are a common cause of real qt prolongation. If not meds, consider referral to cardiology to eval for lqt syndrome.
