MCL sprain: Grade 2 MCL sprain is a partial tear of the MCL, usually heals with rest and bracing and PT. The ACL finding is of no concern right now

Mri scan report - acl, PCL are normal. Lcl, MCL are normal. Small osteochondral defect are noted in intercondylar region of tibial articular surface.
MRI shows I tore ACL, lateral meniscus root, MCL, and small impaction fracture of lateral tibial plateau. Won't see a surgeon for another week. Is it safe to walk around with a brace with no crutches or will it make my knee worse?
