DjD : It sounds like you may be in a lot of pain . You could have developed an "impingement " Syndrom due yo bone spurs or possibly a herniated disc after auto accident . To confirm this you need an MRI of C Spine . Headaches are probably muscle contraction headaches , that can go on to become migraines & manifest as sever pain behind the eye . Consider a neurological evaluation for your headaches .
