Same : Use ibuprofen, naproxen, or Acetaminophen in prescribed doses and intervals. Check with your oral surgeon to be sure there are no surgical contraindications to doing so.

Wisdom infection: If he didn give you a prescription for a rinse, try warm salt water, 1tsp salt with an 8oz cup of warm water, but you may need to see an oral surgeon for an evaluation.
