It depends...: The type of doctor you see determines the treatment she'll get. A rheumatologist will prescribe immunosuppressing drugs which can help but are dangerous. Homeopathy might safely cure her problem but you need to see a really good homeopath. For advice on home remedies see an ayurvedic doctor who will give herbs & advice re: diet etc.I advise trying homeopathy/ayurveda 1st, drugs if they don't work.

Rheumatologist: A rheumatologist would be the best person to treat her psoriatic arthritis. Some of the treatments for psoriatic arthritis also treat the skin psoriasis. If the skin does not improve, she may also need to see a dermatologist. Psoriatic arthritis can be a very aggressive disease and i would first see the rheumatologist to may sure joint destruction is not occurring before trying home remedies.
