What do you think of human growth hormone releasers for adults to prevent aging?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not a good idea: I think anytime you take things your body doesn't need, you are playing with fire. Growth hormones have many effects on your body, some of which would not be pleasant in your mid-50's. We certainly do not yet know long term effects of taking additional hormones to try to keep your youth. Just look at the problems that arose from athletes abusing hormones, then think twice about these on your brain.
