Very complicated!: It sounds like you have 2 different cancers: 1. Breast cancer, and 2. Non-Hodgkins lymphoma. Letrozole is a medication used to treat breast cancer when the tumor has the estrogen receptor. It does not treat lymphoma. You can ask your doctor what treatment is planned for each cancer.
