Eosinophilia?: Typically, doctors define "eosinophilia" as an absolute eosinophil count [AEC] >600 cells/µL. Such a circumstance indicates an eosinophilic disorder, but there is a broad spectrum of conditions linked to eosinophilia of which parasitic infection is only a small part of the differential.
