Height: By 22 years old, it is almost certain that you are done growing. Eat healthy, exercise regularly, and don't smoke. You can build muscle by working out and eating healthy, but growing taller probably isn't likely.

No further growth likely: At 22 years of age, further linear growth is unlikely. During the pubertal years the epiphyseal growth plate begins to close and further linear growth of the skeleton is not possible due to the effect of testosterone.

You could check: Any further height would depend on having open growth centers in your long bones.A single x-ray of your wrist/hand can be examined for open growth centers. If they have closed, like they do for most males by 18, you are done.No meds/exercise/stretches/etc will help you grow taller if the growth centers are closed.
