Need exam: This could be a muscle spasm, random nonspecific pain from scarring in the abdominal wall, or a hernia from one of the port sites used for the laparoscopic gallbladder removal. The only way to sort it out for sure is to have a proper evaluation by either your primary care, or your surgeon. Hope this helps!
