? GB disease: No I would not have sent you home.you should be admitted an MRC should be done as well as blood cultures an antibiotics and a surgical consult. Possible ascending cholangitis call your Dr. Immediately

Not sure: You need to go back. It sounds like you have both gallstones and infection. This can be serious. You need to be seen by a surgery doctor. All the best.
