Is it normal to still have a headache the day after you have passed out...knowing i did not hit my head.

No: The two events may be totally unrelated or could be potentially significant. Head aches are common but passing out is not. I assume you were evaluated for your pass out spell. If not, you should be. If you were you should go back for reevaluation.
