Headaches : Post traumatic headache can persists months after head trauma but you should see a neurologist, as there are several things that could cause persistent headache after head trauma.

Head injury: Most likely you have an under skin hematoma (blood collection). This takes time to resolve. It can be tender and lumpy by feel. If it is improving, i would not worry too much.

Headache: After 2 months of a headache due to trauma it is certainly reasonable to see your doctor for an exam. Issues that are important to discuss include dizziness, memory problem, nausea, sleep disturbance, visual problem. These could all represent a post-concussive syndrome. Please schedule a visit with your doctor.
