Allergy: You might be allergic to either pollens in the air or some pollutant in the atmosphere. You can try over the counter antihistamine and consult your GP.You may also need a steroid nasal spray and may need to see an Allergist if your doctor feels there is a need for it. Over the counter antihistamine like Laratidinr or Zyrtec etc
