Diarrhea: Diarrhea after a salmonella infection can be due to continuing infection(until cultures of stool are negative),antibiotic associated diarrhea(if you were given them), or post infectious irritable bowel syndrome which can last weeks. Your physician,who knows all your findings, can advise you best.

This can be clarifie: This can be clarified. You have had antibiotics and this could be due to antibiotic induced diarrhea. You can have a c difficle test. You physician can help clarify this for you.
