I was recently diagnosed with a uterine fibroid and cysts on both ovaries. i'm having a whitish watery discharge with an unpleasant odor. i have tested negative for stds. could the fibroid and cysts be causing this?

Unlikely: It would be unlikely for the fibroid and ovarian cysts to cause vaginal discharge. Make sure to follow up with a gynecologist however for a proper gyn evaluation. Hope this helps!
