The half life ...: of neurontin, (gabapentin) or the time it takes for half of the drug to lose its pharmacologic activity, is 5-7 hours. So at about 6 hours, 400 mg of activity remans; after another 6 hours, 200 mg of activity remains. After 24 hours, less than 50 mg..one sixteenth of the original dose..may be still active in the body. Likely no one would experience any effects from this. Short answer: "all" gone in 24 hours.
