Sleep: It absolutely affects health. An adult needs 6.5 to 8.5 hours sleep to truly be tested and functioning well. We often overestimate how alert we are. But inadequate sleep affects your heart weight contributes to diabetes, and ahuge number of other health issues. Some of these health problems may not appear sudden but will occur.
