Six years ago i developed hypochondria after traumatic experience. it is awful, and i feel despair and hate myself. what can i do to get rid of this?

This is a classic: job for a psychologist and/or psychiatrist for meds support. You'll have to re-visit the trauma in "other" ways, therapeutic safety using de-sensitization, EMDR, meditation, self-hypnosis and the like, until you regain your sense of control over the triggers and resulting experience of anxiety. Sounds like self-esteem work is indicated. Also, pay attention to your mood.
