No: A rescue inhaler can cause palpitations and a shakey feeling but the daily preventative inhalers usually have no side effects.

Not all...: Control meds for asthma include steroids which do not result in tremors like b-agonist inhalers (example: albuterol). Steroids can be given as an inhaler which allows the effect in the airways with very little systemic absorption.
