Need further eval: Failure to thrive in a young child is very difficult to evaluate and treat. Rather than generating a list of supplements I would recommend that you take her in for evaluation by a good pediatrician. Good luck and I wish you and your child health and happiness.

Before supplements: your daughter should be seen and evaluated by her pediatrician to determine the reason for her failure to thrive.
