Positional overuse: Your body is transitioning from the high hormone state of pregnancy. Overuse injuries and body aches are actually very typical for this period. Take note of how you are holding the baby while you nurse, change her, sleep etc.If you are using your hands and wrists too much you develop inflammation. Try to maintain a neutral position for your wrists. Rest your arms on a cushion. Take Acetaminophen.
