AtLeast It'sNot Hair: It would be helpful to know what types of medication you've tried (pills, creams,lotions,gels,tinctures, powders,ointments,abrasives,steam,axle grease,flame thrower,chlorosulfonic acid...). Also what kind of work you do. Are your hands wet a lot? Or are they dry, chapped and cracked in between those "pimples." And are they really pimples or little fluid-filled bumps? If so check with your doctor.
