I have what feels like a huge air bubble stuck in the top of my chest and back of throat. Gaviscon is not working g, I've tried burping which isn't working. Everytime I swallow or burp it is painful. Do I need to go in to see a doctor ?

When I swallow, it feels like there is something stuck in my throat, also when I eat a meal it feels like its not going down and its just sitting at the bottom of my throat. When I take a deep breath it feels tight in my chest.
