I wouldn,t: "wait on" any new onset chest pain although this certainly souds like ACID REFUX or GERD is a destinct possibility CARDIAC pain can present VERY "ATYPICALLY" in women! Go to ER or Walk In Unit! as soon as practicable! Good Luck..Hope this helps! Dr Z
