I had an ultra sound 2 months ago & cyst was 12x7cm. now it's 13x9cm & very painful. pain medicine helps but not completely & hard to pee. any advice?

Surgery : You need surgery. It is a very large cyst and torsion of the ovary is a possibility.

Family practice : That is a huge cyst if measured in cm and not mm. It probably needs to be drained what does your dr say?
