Protein supplements: are urged by many trainers...and they may be helpful in some if used cautiously. The main goal is a high protein diet for muscle building; the more you can get from healthy food, the better. I can not find information about this shake having steroids added; I did find some information about the manufacturer's adding amino acids instead of pure whey protein. Bottom line: get your protein from diet.
