Eye Pain in the A.M.: Even perfect Lasik has symptoms after the treatment. Dryer eyes can be one of them. The eyes sometimes get the driest during the night and have pain and then tearing and the blurry symptoms from looking thru those tears .. Tell your eye doctor if these symptoms get to be too much for you to tolerate....Keep using your drops.Keep your eye appointments
