Depression: There are some very good and effective antidepressant mess. Speak to your doc about them. They usually take four to six weeks to take full effect. You should also find a therapist nearby who you can work with. There are many "styles" of therapy and what's right for you might not be for someone else. Good luck. Be well.

Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep per night & good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies & 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises & meditation. Don't isolate - spend time w friends & stay active.
