Possibly: It may still be there. The good news is that it usually doesn't cause a problem and can safely be left in place. Antibiotics may help reduce the risk of infection. It is unlikely to get infected, but if it does, it can usually be easily removed. If it starts getting more swollen, red or starts draining pus, see a doctor.
