Sounds like: an "old" formerly inflammed lymph gland..(these are VERY common in the GROIN (Is THAT what you mean by "leg crease"? The most common cause of such inflamed lymph glands in the groin is ATHLETES FOOT! Just a thought! Hope it helps! Dr Z
