Ask you dentist: if s/he has nitrous oxide available. The laughing gas is used in roughly 40% of dental practices in the United States. Take care.

Yes: I use nitrous (laughing gas) on adult patients all the time. Most dentists have this but call and ask before you go. No worries;)
