I have a patch of swelling (about 1" x 1") on the front of my chin. it is not a lymph node. doesn't hurt, just feels weird. what could it be?

?cyst: This may be an inclusion cyst but would have to be examined by a physician or dermatologist for diagno sis.

Lipoma: It would be very helpful to know more information and see what it looks like. Lipomas are common and can occur anywhere. The are benign balls of fatty tissue under the skin. There are other poss too, though. How quickly did it occur, does it move. Visual issues are much easier to diagnosis if they can be seen would recommend uploading a picture for a better answer.
