Precook: One of the best methods is to pre-cook a few healthy meals, this way when you get home you can choose from one of them and simply reheat it (may want to just under cook it so it finishes during reheating). Of course all sorts of "healthy" premade meals are on the market, but you really have to read the labels and not trust the packaging which may make anything sound healthy based on wording.
