Two may be unrelated: You may have lost an early pregnancy. About 25% of pregnancies are lost spontaneously in an early stage due mostly to chromosomal defects in the fetus. The hormonal change may be causing nausea, but your feeling sick around certain foods is likely unrelated to the late "period".
